Before you start, the parts that matter most. The full
Terms of Service and
Privacy Policy have the rest.
1. The AI can be wrong
No Gravity AI generates summaries, suggestions, and spoken briefings using artificial
intelligence. That output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Check anything
important yourself, and don't rely on the app as your only record of an appointment,
deadline, or reminder. We can't guarantee a notification arrives, arrives on time, or is
correct.
2. What we collect
Your account details, the events and goals you enter, the city you set for weather and
time zone, and what you say to the assistant. We do not collect precise GPS location. Your
speech is transcribed by your browser — on most browsers that means the audio goes to your
browser vendor, typically Google, under their policy. We send conversation text to our AI
provider for responses and to ElevenLabs for spoken audio.
3. Your data stays yours
You own what you put in. We don't sell it, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't
let our AI providers train on it. You can delete your account and everything in it at any
time — details in the Privacy Policy.
4. Your first debrief is free, then it's $10/month
After your first morning debrief, keeping the debrief and the voice assistant costs
US$10 per month, renewing automatically until you cancel. You're buying from us, not from
Apple or Google — so we handle cancellations and refunds directly. Card details go straight
to Stripe and never touch our servers. Cancel any time; details in the full
Terms.
5. It's beta software
The app may have bugs, may go down without warning, and may lose data. Keep your own
copy of anything you can't afford to lose. It's provided "as is", without warranties, and
our liability is limited as set out in the full Terms.
6. You need to be 13 or older
If you're under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian to
agree on your behalf.
Tapping "I Agree" means you accept the full
Terms of Service and
Privacy Policy.
