Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 9, 2026

The short version: we collect what we need to run your calendar and assistant — your account details, your events, the city you tell us, and what you say to the assistant. We don't sell it. You can delete all of it, and your account, at any time by emailing alex890smith@gmail.com.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Alex Smith ("No Gravity AI", "we", "us") is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. Contact us at alex890smith@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

Account information

When you sign up we collect your email address and an authentication credential. If you sign in with Google, Microsoft, or Facebook, we receive your email address, name, and profile image from that provider — we never receive your password. If you sign in with a phone number, we collect that number and send a verification code by SMS. Authentication is handled by Google Firebase Authentication; we do not store your password ourselves.

Location — city or region only

We ask you to type a city or region (for example, "Austin, TX") so the assistant can look up local weather and know what "today" means in your time zone. We do not request or collect precise GPS location from your device. You can change or remove this at any time in Settings.

Calendar and schedule data

Events, titles, times, goals, and priorities that you enter, plus events synced from any calendar you choose to connect. Calendar content can be sensitive — it may reveal who you meet, where you go, and your health or religious appointments — so we treat it accordingly and only process it to provide the Service.

Voice and assistant conversations

When you talk to the assistant, your device converts your speech to text. On most browsers this uses the built-in Web Speech API, which means the audio is sent to your browser vendor (typically Google) for transcription under their privacy policy, not ours. We receive the resulting text. We send that text, along with relevant context from your schedule, to our AI provider to generate a response, and to ElevenLabs to generate spoken audio. We retain conversation history so the assistant can follow the thread of a conversation.

Technical and usage data

Standard server logs (IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, timestamps) and basic diagnostic information used to keep the Service running and secure. We store your theme preference and whether you have accepted these terms locally in your browser; these stay on your device.

What we do not collect

We do not collect precise device location, contacts, photos, health data, or biometric data. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our instructions to run the Service:

ProviderWhat it handles

RailwayApplication hosting and server logs

We require these providers to protect your information and to use it only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if legally required, to enforce our Terms, to protect someone's safety, or in connection with a merger or acquisition — in which case we will tell you before your information becomes subject to a different policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

5. AI processing

Text you send to the assistant, and the schedule context needed to answer it, is transmitted to our AI provider to generate a response. We do not permit our AI providers to use your content to train their models. Providers may retain content briefly for abuse monitoring under their own terms. Avoid sending information you would not want processed by a third-party provider — including passwords, financial account numbers, or government ID numbers.

6. International transfers

Our providers operate globally, so your information may be processed in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where we transfer personal information out of the UK, EEA, or other regions with transfer restrictions, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your account and schedule data for as long as your account is active. Conversation history is kept to provide continuity and is deleted with your account. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and debugging. When you delete your account we delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we must keep it to comply with a legal obligation, and backups age out on our normal backup cycle.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal information, to request a portable copy, and to withdraw consent. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Deleting your account and data

To delete your account and all associated data, email alex890smith@gmail.com from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days. You can also disconnect any linked calendar or sign-in provider from that provider's own settings at any time.

To exercise any other right, contact us at the same address. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. If you are in the UK or EEA, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), authenticated access controls, and managed infrastructure from established providers. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and any relevant regulator as required by law.

10. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will change the date at the top and, for material changes, give notice in the app or by email before the change takes effect.
